The SmartMove license opportunity allows you to operate our unique business model in an area of your choice, yet without the headaches normally associated with running an estate agency.

You will be operating your own estate agency business, yet supported by a Head Office that takes care of nearly all of the usual day to day tasks, leaving you to concentrate on generating customers.

SmartMove will cost you far less to set up than a traditional agency, it will cost you far less to operate than a traditional agency, and there will be far less work involved than a traditional agency. Furthermore, you will have a product to offer your customers that is around 5 times less expensive than your competitors.

Licensees main roles

A SmartMove Licensee's main role is to visit customers who are looking to put their properties on the market, and to actively advertise your business locally in order to generate new customers. You will be responsible for valuing customers homes, providing general advice and guidance to selling, and then preparing the marketing brochure with the use of our IT systems. Many of your customers will be fed to you as a direct result of The Company's own marketing initiatives, such as the website, and the rest will come as a result of your own efforts, for which we will also provide support in terms of ideas, material, and administration.

Licensees Income

Smartmove Licensees receive a substantial percentage of every payment received from customers marketing their properties, and a further percentage of the completion payment.

In addition to property sales, Smartmove Licensees will earn income from a simple referral to any of our associated companies, including mortgages, conveyancing, overseas property, and lettings.

Branding and Marketing

Smartmove has developed its branding and marketing strategies constantly since it began trading. This has resulted in a wide range of marketing material and advertising ideas available to each and every Licensee. We have everything a Licensee would ever need for both a launch campaign, and ongoing marketing of the business, including;

  • stationery
  • press adverts
  • PR
  • radio commercials
  • vehicle livery
  • photography

Due to the unique nature of the business model, there are numerous marketing angles that can be adopted to maximise exposure and public interest. All Licensees are trained in how to apply our existing ideas into their own business plans. Furthermore, we are constantly developing new ideas for the benefit of every Licensee.

IT and business systems

Part of what makes Smartmove successful is the employment of some of the latest technology available to the industry. Despite charging customers much less, Smartmove provides a service that is streets ahead of many competitors. Our state of the art IT systems includes powerful software that enables Smartmove to operate its unique business model. It makes the adminstration of any customer or property effortless, and automates many processes that would normally take up many man hours. At the touch of a button you can create and send mailshots of any magnitude, produce a report for any customer, or track the progress of a sale.

With 20 years industry experience behind us, our business systems have been honed to perfection. Whether it is for general administration, customer support, or marketing and advertising, we have procedures and ideas for every event.

Training and support

Smartmove Licensees undergo a full training program at our head office in Whiteley, Hampshire. This will include industry legislation and regulations, general administration procedures, valuing, advertising ideas, marketing strategies, canvassing techniques, and much more. Ongoing training will be provided as and when new initiatives are created, or new regulations come into force, although Smartmove takes care of most industry compliance issues for you.

Once trained and active, Smartmove Licensees will receive unlimited support from Head Office whenever required. Our administration staff are on hand 7 days a week to assist every Licensee, and the Company Directors are available for any other business query. Initially, each Licensee will get one to one support from a Company Director to help get your business off the ground as quickly as possible.

In addition, there is a full software support package included.

Territories and Costs

Locations are available across the UK. We will ensure that each Licensee is given a more than big enough territory in order for expansion. Territories will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

The Smartmove License fee is just £9,500, including all training and set up procedures. In addition Licensees will need to purchase equipment necessary for the business, and should have funds in place for initial cashflow.
